Key Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing :

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other ad platforms.

Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ROl, and lead generation.

Work with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.

Track and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

IT Support :

Provide basic software and hardware support to internal team members.

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, network, and connectivity issues.

Coordinate with external vendors when needed for technical issues.

Maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations to ensure business continuity.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience running Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.

Strong knowledge of analytics, A / B testing, and data-driven marketing.

Basic IT knowledge : troubleshooting systems, software, and hardware issues.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
