Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their career in Human Resources and are eager to learn and grow within the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
