Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Figma Designer. The Figma Designer will be responsible for creating, prototyping, and refining user interface designs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop designs that improve user experience and align with brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include designing dynamic visuals and interfaces, creating user workflows, and ensuring consistent visual design standards. The designer will actively participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative inputs to improve the overall design strategy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and visual design standards
• Ability to create design systems, user flows, and responsive designs
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across product, engineering, and marketing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience in web and mobile application design
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
