Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive  Senior Finance   Manager  to lead our accounting and finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, reviewing team performance, handling cash flow management, and resolving queries by coordinating with counterparties in  Ghana, Ivory Coast (IVC), and the UK . The key focus of this role is  ensuring task completion and accountability within the team .

Key Responsibilities :

Team & Process Management

• Lead and oversee the finance team to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Review and validate the work of junior accountants to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, implementing best practices in financial operations.
