US IT Recruiter Role
This is a long-term, remote opportunity that requires 2-10 years of experience in US IT / Functional IT recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for managing and fulfilling end-to-end requirements for full-time and contract hires, including bulk-hiring for the US geography.
The ideal candidate has a track record of quality over quantity, excellent negotiation and sales skills, and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
They must be confident in communicating with internal stakeholders and external candidates, passionate about recruitment, and willing to go above and beyond to close positions.
