Job Description :
We are hiring a Workday Talent Management Consultant to lead configuration, implementation, and support of Workday Talent modules.
The role requires expertise in Talent Management along with exposure to Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Time, and Absence management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, implement, and support Workday Talent Management modules (Performance, Succession, Learning, etc.)
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and recommend solutions
- Support Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Time & Absence processes within Workday
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth system operation
- Perform testing, validation, and documentation of Workday configurations
- Provide end-user training and functional guidance on Talent Management modules
