Data Migration Lead

Job Description

Experience - 4 to 8 Years

Location - Chennai

• Preferably Immediate joiners or up to 60 days notice period

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. 5+ years of experience in data migration and integration with 4+ years in SAP BODS.

2. Strong expertise in ETL design, job development, and performance tuning using BODS.

3. Hands-on experience in S / 4HANA data migration (RISE with SAP, greenfield or brownfield).

4. Knowledge of S / 4HANA data structures and migration objects (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).

5. Proficiency in working with IDOCs, BAPIs, Flat Files, and database connections for data migration.

Good-to-Have

1. Experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (LTMC / LTMOM) and integration with BODS.

2. Exposure to cloud data migration scenarios ECC to S / 4 HANA Migration

3. Familiarity with ABAP debugging for data load error resolution.

4. Strong skills in stakeholder management, cutover planning, and data reconciliation.
