Job descriptionLead, mentor, and elevate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with senior leadership, sales, product, and operations to ensure unified brand messaging and cross-functional synergy. Safeguard brand consistency across all customer touchpoints. Develop and refine brand positioning strategies to enhance Dentalkart’s visibility and market differentiation. Leverage industry insights to recalibrate brand initiatives and stay ahead of evolving trends. Oversee SEO, SEM, paid media, email automation, content marketing, and social media initiatives to maximize digital reach. Utilize analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and optimize for ROI. Implement a robust measurement framework for continuous improvement. Drive ongoing market research to identify customer expectations, emerging trends, and competitor strategies. Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and growth opportunities. Manage the end-to-end marketing budget with a disciplined approach to cost allocation and ROI optimization. Track expenditures, evaluate performance, and recalibrate investment strategies to ensure fiscal alignment. Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support commercial objectives. Drive alignment on go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Lead the content strategy roadmap, ensuring delivery of high-quality, customer-centric content across channels. Guide content development for websites, blogs, emailers, social assets, and marketing collateral to enhance engagement and brand recall. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity. Demonstrated success executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Proven track record leading teams in high-velocity environments such as e-commerce or healthcare. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities. Deep proficiency in digital marketing platforms—SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media, performance marketing, and email automation. Expertise in customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and market intelligence. Strategic mindset with an ability to drive creativity, innovation, and operational discipline. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.). Exceptional project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

Dentalkart is seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing charter and drive enterprise-level brand growth. This role calls for a strategic leader who can blend traditional best practices with modern digital innovations to strengthen our market footprint. The incumbent will be responsible for architecting high-impact marketing roadmaps, enabling cross-functional alignment, and steering a high-performance team to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced e-commerce and healthcare environment.
