Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically inclined PLC Programmer (Fresher) to support the development, testing, and deployment of PLC-based automation systems. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers on live projects and must be willing to travel to customer locations as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in PLC program development, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Support on-site commissioning and debugging of automation panels and systems.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure software logic aligns with functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with electrical design and project execution teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation for software versions and configuration changes.
  • Travel to customer sites (within India) for installation, commissioning, and service support.

    • Requirements

    Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E / B.Tech in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline (Passed out in 2023 / 2024 / 2025).
  • Strong understanding of basic electrical and automation concepts.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new automation platforms and tools.
  • Willing to travel for project commissioning as and when required.

    • Desirable / Added Advantage

  • Completion of PLC Training Certification from a recognized institute (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta, etc.)
  • Exposure to industrial project work / academic project in automation
  • Familiarity with HMI / SCADA basics

    • Other Requirements

    Only candidates currently residing in Chennai will be considered.

    Immediate joiners preferred.
