Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Title : Salesforce Technical LeadLocation : KochiWork mode : HybridExperience : 8+ yearsJob Description : Experience & Background : - 8+ years of total IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud , or other Salesforce products- Strong integration experience using MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs , or equivalent tools- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, CTA, or others) are highly desirableKey Skills : - Expertise in Salesforce best practices , architecture, and scalable design- Strong command over Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce , and Salesforce integration tools- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI / CD, version control)- Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams , ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
