Job descriptionDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business opportunities. Present and pitch our HR services to corporate clients, demonstrating their value in enhancing workforce management. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to drive revenue growth. Research industry trends, workforce demands, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through networking, , cold calls, and referrals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent client outreach. Work closely with recruitment specialists to align client hiring needs with the right talent. Coordinate with HR consultants to develop customized workforce solutions for clients. Ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high client satisfaction levels. Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and negotiations in CRM systems. Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to improve service offerings. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
