Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Airline Ticket Refund Executive to manage end-to-end refund requests for airline bookings. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Airline Refund Processing , with good knowledge of ticketing systems. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel and MS Word are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process airline ticket refunds accurately according to airline policies and fare rules.
• Review PNRs, fare calculations, waiver codes, and refund eligibility.
• Coordinate with airlines, internal teams, and travel agents to validate refund requests.
• Maintain and update refund tracking reports and documentation in Excel / Word .
• Handle customer queries via email or call with clear and professional communication.
• Ensure timely resolution of refund cases to meet SLA timelines.
• Identify incorrect or duplicate transactions and ensure corrective action.
• Support audit and compliance requirements as needed.
