About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – R&D to lead formulation development, innovation projects, and product improvement initiatives within the soluble cutting oil category.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience in R&D

Mandatory experience in soluble cutting oil formulation

Strong understanding of metalworking fluids, additives, application testing, and industry standards

Ability to lead projects end-to-end and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and delivering high-performing solutions
