Job descriptionLead front-end client engagements, presenting strategic SAP solutions and driving business growth. Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling proposals and secure large-scale SAP projects. Maintain senior-level relationships with SAP regional and global leadership. Foster strategic partnerships within the SAP ecosystem to enhance solution offerings. Govern pre-sales quality and ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards. Oversee delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Champion innovation narratives around S / 4HANA, BTP, AI, Joule, Industry Cloud, and Sustainability. Develop and promote best practices, methodologies, and thought leadership within the SAP community. 20+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in consulting, transformation, and presales leadership. Proven track record of winning and delivering large SAP transformation or RISE programs (> Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and manage complex client relationships. Strategic thinker with the ability to align SAP’s roadmap to client business needs. Influential leader with excellent collaboration skills. Globally minded with a strong understanding of diverse markets and cultures. Experience leading global SAP transformation programs across various industries and regions. Exposure to C-level client engagements and SAP ecosystem collaboration.
