Job Description :
ServiceNow HRSD Developer. 8 to 10 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment. At least 10 to 12 years of experience in the Human Resource Responsibilities :
- Experienced in ServiceNow implementation
- Experienced in leading solution designs implementation of complex ServiceNow projects
- Hands on experience in HR processes like HR Case Management Employee Journey Management Enterprise Onboarding and Transition etc
- Understanding of Angular based Client side Server side scripts
- Client Side and ServerSide Scripting ie Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc
- Client and Server APIs ie GlideDialogWindow GlideForm GlideAggregate GlideRecord etc
- Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Agile Scrum methodology Experience
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS
- Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problemsolving skills are essentials
- Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow HRSD module.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Develop and maintain HR Service Delivery components such as :
HR Case ManagementEmployee Journey ManagementEnterprise Onboarding and TransitionsDevelop using Angular-based front-end and server-side scripting in ServiceNow.Work with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, and other core ServiceNow scripting features.Utilize ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, etc.Follow Agile / Scrum methodology for delivery and collaboration.Lead technical design sessions and document solution architectures.Support incident resolution and ongoing system enhancement requests.(ref : hirist.tech)
