Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team of 150+ professionals.
• Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with the company’s digital transformation goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Enterprise Architecture
• Own and evolve the enterprise architecture to support scalability, agility, and resilience.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology architecture.
• Drive adoption of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems.
