Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle patient registrations, appointment bookings (walk-in and telephonic), and follow-up reminders.
- Coordinate with doctors and support staff to manage OPD schedules and patient flow.
- Maintain patient records in the hospital management system accurately.
- Handle billing, payments, and provide receipts as per hospital protocols.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and provide information about hospital services.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
- Address patient complaints or queries promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate authority.
