Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and manage CSR initiatives and events in rural areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government authorities, and local communities.
• Implement programs focusing on rural development and agri-value chain enhancement.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Manage budget allocation, tracking, and reporting for CSR activities.
• Develop communication materials and represent the organization in community engagements.
• Travel extensively to project locations for hands-on supervision and stakeholder interaction.
• Required Candidate Profile;
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in executing CSR programs or events, preferably at the village or grassroots level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in local languages of Kerala & Karnataka is preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to rural project sites.
• Passion for community development, sustainability, and agriculture-based initiatives
