Mandatory Skills : Key responsibilities
Configuration and implementation : Set up and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management modules according to business requirements, including setting up time recording profiles, time types, and complex calculation rules for overtime and other pay types.
Integration : Ensure seamless integration of Time Tracking with other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and Payroll for accurate data flow and automated calculations.
Support and maintenance : Provide ongoing support to end-users (employees, managers, administrators), troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates and enhancements.
Time valuation : Configure and manage real-time time valuation for various employee types, including both simple and complex rules based on local regulations and company policies.
Reporting and analytics : Utilize the system's embedded analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into labor costs, overtime, and compliance.
User experience : Ensure a user-friendly experience across multiple devices by leveraging features like mobile time recording (punch in / out), digital punch clocks, and an intuitive timesheet interface.
Required skills and experience
Technical skills :
In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management modules.
Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll integration.
Familiarity with universal time objects and basic terminologies.
Functional skills :
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for time and attendance management.
Experience with different time recording methods (e.g., clock time, duration-based, positive / negative time entry).
Expertise in handling complex calculations, such as overtime, shift premiums, and night bonuses.
Soft skills :
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and internal teams.
