Now, we’re expanding our thrilloverse — and we need a Non-Tech Recruiter who can hunt, engage, and onboard top talent across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Business Strategy, and more — the ones who’ll keep our adrenaline pumping!

Role : Non-Tech Recruiter

Location : Innov8, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon (just 50 meters from the metro!)

Mode : On-site (because culture is built best in person)

What You’ll Do

Be the brand ambassador of Thrillophilia — sell our vision, not just the vacancy.

Drive end-to-end hiring for Sales, Operations, Business, and Senior Non-Tech roles.

Build pipelines like a pro — from LinkedIn and cold reachouts to referrals and networking magic.

Partner with leadership teams to identify the right talent fit — not just skill-wise, but culture-wise.

Create irresistible job postings (just like this one ).

Keep candidates engaged, excited, and aligned throughout the process.

Who You Are

A hustler who loves the chase — you enjoy closing top talent as much as a salesperson enjoys closing deals.

Someone who can sell Thrillophilia’s story like a pro storyteller.

2–5 years of experience in Non-Tech / Business hiring (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.)

Sharp communication skills, creative sourcing techniques, and an unshakable enthusiasm for people.

Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like setup (you’ll love our vibe).
