Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our automation and AI transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in workflow design, data mapping, and system logic. They will be responsible for gathering requirements from internal stakeholders, translating them into scalable automation and AI workflows, and building and managing these workflows using tools like Zapier and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement automation-driven communication flows, such as renewal notifications and follow-up triggers.
• Maintain clear documentation of all automations, including SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical notes.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards or reports to measure automation efficiency and ROI.
