Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE / CRM / BC / F&O environments based on business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions using entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and security roles.
- Develop custom components using plug-ins, JavaScript, Web APIs, and custom workflow activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define system functionality, and deliver quality solutions.
- Leverage Power Platform components such as Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI for extending Dynamics functionality.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI / CD pipelines and manage application lifecycle using Azure DevOps.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems and services using Azure Logic Apps, DataVerse , and other integration frameworks.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements :
Bachelordegree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM / BC / F&O.Strong proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 components : entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles.Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, plug-in development, custom workflow activities, and Web API integrations.Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with Dynamics 365.Knowledge of Azure services and integrations (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions).Experience with DevOps practices, including source control, solution deployment, and CI / CD pipelines.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good To Have Skills :
Microsoft Certifications such as MB-200, MB-210, MB-500, or PL-200 / PL-400.Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc .Skills Required
