We're hiring a Sales Manager. You'll be leading from the front—chasing leads, sealing deals, and keeping the pipeline flowing like clockwork (or better).
Experience we're seeking : 2–6 years in sales.
Preferred Candidates from Ludhiana, & Jalandhar, Mohali, Tricity.
Who you are :
– A people-first pro who knows how to build relationships that don't expire after possession
– Experienced in real estate or premium B2C sales (2–6 years is ideal)
– Strategic with follow-ups, persuasive in pitch, and natural in negotiation
– A leader in the room and a listener in the field
What you'll be handling :
– Leading our sales efforts across premium residential spaces
– Guiding clients through the buying journey—from first visit to final signature
– Coaching and collaborating with your sales team to hit goals without burnout
– Sharing market insights with leadership that help shape next moves
– Showing up with ownership, ambition, and the occasional celebratory fist bump
