We are expanding our creative team and looking for a

3D Designer

with strong skills in

modelling, texturing, UV mapping, rigging, and animation

to bring characters, props, and environments to life.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality

3D assets

including characters, props, and environments optimized for real-time engines (Unity / Unreal).

Handle the

complete 3D pipeline

— from base modeling to texturing, UV unwrapping, rigging, and animation.

Work closely with concept artists and game developers to ensure assets meet technical and artistic requirements.

Create

realistic and stylized

PBR textures using tools like Substance Painter, Photoshop, or Quixel.

Rig and skin characters for animation with clean deformation and efficient topology.

Produce

animation cycles

(idle, walk, run, attack, etc.) with natural timing and weight.

Collaborate with the design and programming teams to

integrate assets

seamlessly into the engine.

Optimize assets for

performance and quality balance

across multiple platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating

3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation

skills.

Proficiency in tools like

Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop .

Understanding of

PBR workflows, topology, UV layout, and normal map baking .

Experience exporting and setting up assets for

Unity

or

Unreal Engine .

Knowledge of

character rigging and skinning

for humanoid and creature setups.

Familiarity with

animation principles

(timing, squash & stretch, anticipation, etc.).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team under production deadlines.

Passion for games, art, and storytelling.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with

facial rigging / blend shapes .

Basic understanding of

VFX or shaders .

Familiarity with

motion capture

workflows.

Prior work on

game projects or indie titles .
