Manager - Corporate Communication

The purpose of this role is to build and maintain a favourable public image for Dentsu by communicating key messaging, programmes, accomplishments, thought leaders and the organisation&aposs differentiators, perspectives and points of view to be shared externally. This role will be tasked with fielding media questions and pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits and organising press conferences.

Key responsibilities :

Works with the Head of External Communications to ensure communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organisation&aposs strategic vision

Develops and implements social media strategies like influencer marketing

Works with media outlets to publish timely company information including press releases, thought leadership and other materials

Helps drive external awareness through proactively pitching stories positioning the organisation, senior leadership and other industry leaders as experts on specific topics

Develops and maintains strong ties with the media to help generate visibility opportunities

Coordinates interview requests and organises press conferences

Creates detailed briefing books - including key messages and talking points
