GSNA Education - Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary :

The Senior DevOps Engineer Cloud Infrastructure will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI / CD) pipelines.

This role requires strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, automation tools, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance of applications and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement best practices for scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.
• Manage compute, storage, networking, and security configurations across multiple environments.
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Develop and maintain automated CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes to reduce manual intervention.
• Integrate automated testing, security scans, and monitoring into pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to enable continuous delivery and faster releases.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, or similar tools.
• Ensure system performance, uptime, and security compliance.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Apply best practices for DevSecOps, integrating security controls into every stage of the delivery lifecycle.
• Partner with developers, QA, and product teams to enhance infrastructure reliability and developer productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to defining DevOps standards and processes.
• Contribute to capacity planning, cost management, and cloud governance frameworks.
