Job description

Job Summary

Designs and develops computer programs and monitors the work of junior staff to ensure accuracy of program logic and efficient use of computer resources; performs preliminary evaluation of packaged software; conducts system studies, analyzes and evaluates existing manual and computerized systems / procedures to improve efficiency, develops techniques for automating processes as appropriate; conducts Rough Order of Magnitude on application enhancements; determines the need for system security, backup / recovery, data conversion, etc. and makes recommendations; manages system development projects and supports the implementation activities and training, as required; works with business and responds to Production Support issues as necessary.

Role Description :

Solution Design & Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, CloudHub 2.0, AWS Lambda, and related services.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Build and manage APIs, microservices, and pipelines using best practices in MuleSoft and AWS.
  • Perform data transformation using DataWeave, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability.

Cloud Deployment & Scalability

  • Deploy and manage Mule applications on CloudHub 2.0, leveraging its containerized infrastructure for scalability and resilience.
  • Configure Anytime runtime in test, manage deployment pipelines, and monitor application performance in a cloud-native environment.
  • Ensure high availability, auto-scaling, and secure configuration of integrations running on CloudHub 2.0.

    • System & Vendor Integration

  • Integrate internal applications with external platforms and third-party services in a secure and reliable manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to gather requirements and implement interfaces.
  • Integrate applications and services with HashiCorp Vault to enable dynamic secret retrieval, token generation, and secure access to sensitive data within distributed systems.

    • Optimization & Alignment

  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to ensure integration solutions align with business needs and strategic goals.
  • Continuously optimize integration patterns and system design for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and technical design reviews.

    • Maintenance & Support

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Provide post-deployment support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.

    • Agile Delivery & Collaboration

  • Work in a SAFe agile team, participating in Agile ceremonies such as PI planning, sprint reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with QA, Data, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure end-to-end quality and timely delivery.

    • Contribute to continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines and DevOps practices.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications :

    4 years of experience in application development / testing or business / system analysis or 1 year as an Application Developer.

    Previous Experience as a MuleSoft Developer – AWS (MUST)

    Previous work with CloudHub (PLUS)

    Additional Preferred Branch(es) of Study : AWS Certification

    English Proficiency : Fluent

    Minimum Required : 4-6 years
