Job descriptionAccuracy & timeliness of reports / trackers. Reduction in escalations and last-minute misses. Client feedback on responsiveness. Smooth execution of assigned tasks. 2–3 years in client servicing / event management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable with Excel / Sheets and PM tools. Resilient in high-pressure event environments. Eager to learn and grow into independent account ownership.

Role Summary
Support client servicing managers in delivering corporate events and gradually take ownership of smaller mandates. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals looking to grow into senior servicing roles.
Responsibilities
- Maintain trackers, meeting notes, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in preparing client decks, proposals, budgets, and reports.
- Handle logistics : travel, crew scheduling, vendor confirmations.
- Be on-site during events — manage checklists, backstage, and guest experience.
- Liaise with design & creative teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Take charge of smaller projects under supervision.
