[Urgent] Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities :

1. Establish and maintain relationships with people at all levels; put others at ease promotes harmony and consensus through diplomatic handling of disagreements and potential conflict.

2. Seeks all relevant information for problem solving and decision making; consults widely, probes the facts, analyses issues from different perspectives.

3. As a contact window, to provide a prompt, efficient personalized service to clients; goes out of way to ensure that individual client needs are met.

4.Formulate and deploy development and coaching activities for CS personnel aiming to upgrade their skills and knowledge, to support and live the business imperatives as well as company strategies.

Requirements :

1. 3 years' experience in a similar management / supervisory role.

2. Experienced in a high paced, fast moving customer focused environment.

3. A high level of written and oral communication skills.

4. Strong analytical and process orientation.
