Mushroom Farm Intern

Job descriptionAssist in substrate preparation, sterilization, and bagging Support in spawning, incubation, and monitoring growth stages Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the growing area Participate in harvesting and post-harvest handling Document observations and assist in basic research trials Follow standard cultivation and safety protocols Students or recent graduates in Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields Individuals with a genuine interest in mushroom farming and sustainable agriculture Ability to commit to both the 1-month probation and the 5-month internship Willingness to perform hands-on, practical tasks in farm conditions 10 candidates will be selected for the 1-month probation period (unpaid). Based on performance evaluation, only 1–2 candidates will be offered the 5-month paid internship at ₹7,000 / month. Final selection will be based on dedication, learning ability, work ethic, and technical skills demonstrated during probation. In-depth exposure to mushroom cultivation techniques Practical experience in a real-world agricultural setting Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation (LOR) upon successful completion Paid opportunity (₹7,000 / month) post-probation
