Director Of Product Engineering

CPA, EA, or MBA preferred. Strong understanding of US tax laws, business entity structures (Individual, Partnership, Corporation), and tax workpaper preparation processes. Experience in tax or accounting software, preferably with exposure to US market products (e.G., Intuit, Thomson Reuters, Wolters Kluwer, Xero US, or similar platforms). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex tax requirements into intuitive software features. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or cross functional environments.
