Job Description :

Execute test plans and test cases to thoroughly evaluate the functionality, performance, and integrity of digital casino games, including slots, table, and instant win games

Verify that game features such as random number generation (RNG), payouts, and bonus rounds operate correctly and are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Conduct game playtesting to identify and report any bugs, glitches, or inconsistencies in game behavior using bug tracking software.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and compliance experts to ensure that games meet industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and licensing requirements.

Perform regression testing to validate that previously identified issues have been resolved and do not reoccur in subsequent releases.

Test game localization and language support to ensure accuracy and consistency across different regions and languages.

Evaluate the effectiveness of responsible gaming features, such as player limits and self-exclusion tools, in promoting safe and responsible gameplay.

Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the digital casino gaming industry, and provide input on best practices for testing and quality assurance.

Requirements :

Passion for digital casino gaming and a strong understanding of casino game mechanics, rules, and terminology.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle discrepancies or anomalies in game behavior.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to digital casino gaming, including RNG certification and jurisdiction-specific regulations (e.g., GLI, UKGC).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate feedback, bug reports, and compliance issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Previous experience in software testing, quality assurance, or digital casino gaming is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
