Job descriptionLead, mentor, and inspire a team of software engineers while overseeing code reviews and technical guidance. Architect scalable and reliable solutions, defining best practices and technical standards. Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js. Manage large datasets with efficient storage, processing, and optimization strategies. Work extensively with AWS services (RDS, Redshift, EC2, S3, Kinesis). Build and maintain data models and queries in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or OpenSearch. Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and analytics teams to deliver seamless solutions. Drive technology adoption, evaluate emerging tools, and make strategic technical decisions. Implement Git workflows, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization using Docker. Ensure timely project delivery by coordinating with cross-functional teams. 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development with deep expertise in Node.js & JavaScript. 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing engineering teams. Strong foundation in software architecture, design patterns, and system design. In-depth knowledge of relational & NoSQL databases. Solid expertise with AWS ecosystem (RDS, Redshift, EC2, S3, Kinesis). Experience in managing large datasets, performance tuning, and data analytics workflows. Proficiency with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Docker. trong coaching, mentoring, and code review skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Full Stack expertise with frontend skills in React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js. Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices. Experience leading distributed or remote-first engineering teams. Strong understanding of software architecture and modern engineering practices.
