Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager based in Panvel City. The Closing Manager will oversee all aspects of the closing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Responsibilities include managing funding, coordinating loan and mortgage processes, and collaborating with sales teams to finalize deals. The Closing Manager ensures compliance with all applicable regulations while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Closings and Funding processes
• Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending practices
• Strong Sales skills and client relationship management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with all regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Closing Manager or in a similar role is preferred
