Job descriptionLooking for skilled professionals with 7–10 years of overall experience and 4 years of hands-on expertise in AEM (including AEM 6.x). Strong experience with AEM Components , Templates , Workflows , Tagging , and Content Publishing / Unpublishing Proficient in OSGi , Apache Sling , Sightly (HTL) , Dispatcher , and Apache Oak Experience with Metadata Management , Taxonomy , Maven-based deployments , and Content Migration Hands-on implementation with search engines like Solr , Lucene , or GSA , including performance tuning Integrated AEM with platforms like Salesforce , SSO , LDAP , and APIs using REST / SOAP (Apache CXF, Jersey) Practical understanding of Quality Attributes : SEO, Accessibility, Security, Performance, URL Management, Responsive Design Familiar with CI / CD tools : Jenkins / Bamboo, SonarQube, automation testing, and code review practices Exposure to frontend frameworks and tools like React , Angular , Backbone.js , Bootstrap , jQuery , and Grunt Proficient in Java (7 / 8) , JEE , JSP , XML , and developing RESTful web services Preferred experience with AEM Multi-site Manager , Blueprinting , and Advanced Targeting / Personalization Strong understanding of content lifecycle , content-centric application design , and integration patterns
