Requirements
- Basic Linux, Networking, DNS, HTTP, REST API, WebSockets, Dev Tools knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, Kubernetes, AWS, Cloudflare is a plus.
- Experience with monitoring services is a plus (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Sentry).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativeness, honesty.
- Good English knowledge.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support during night hours, ensuring that gambling platform is working without problems.Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to PHP, JavaScript, Kubernetes and AWS.Escalate complex problems to technical specialists when necessary.Maintain a high level of service quality and reliability of the platform.Offer ideas to improve existing processes or create new ones, both procedural and technological.! Working hours : You will be expected to start work around 22 : 00. During the onboarding period, which lasts approximately two weeks, working hours will be Monday to Friday, starting around 10 : 00.
