Role Overview :
We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy individual who can independently manage day-to-day operations of our residential society, including rental management, cash handling, electricity coordination, and other routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle rent collection , receipts, deposits, and maintaining proper records.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accountability for all payments.
- Coordinate electricity meter readings, bill checking, and payment reminders .
- Assist with tenant move-in / move-out formalities .
- Maintain records of tenants, rents, utility bills, and pending payments.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, electricians, plumbers, etc.
- Address daily resident issues, complaints, and queries.
- Ensure proper upkeep and smooth functioning of the society.
- Maintain confidentiality and honesty in all financial dealings.
Required Skills & Qualities :
Minimum qualification : 12th pass (graduate preferred).Strong communication & record-keeping skills.Basic knowledge of Excel / WhatsApp documentation.Must be honest, punctual, and reliable .Experience in property management / operations preferred but not mandatory.
