What would your core job responsibility be?

▶ Plan and create high-quality, engaging short-form video content for various clients and The Hype Capital’s own social media channels

▶ Develop concepts, script videos, film, and edit content from start to finish.

▶ Work closely with the social media management team to align content with client strategies and trends.

▶ Keep a finger on the pulse of content creation trends, music, challenges, and formats, and suggest ideas for quick incorporation.

▶ Be actively involved in all stages of content production, from brainstorming to final upload.

▶ Measure and analyse content performance to identify areas for improvement and key successes.

▶ Collaborate with clients and team members on location for shoots and content development.

▶ Manage 2 to 3 accounts end-to-end - Strategy, idea, scripting, shooting, editing, posting, managing comments & DMs, etc

Who would be a good fit?

▶ Someone who lives and breathes video creation, constantly trying new formats and tools.

▶ Someone with a portfolio of self-created content (even personal accounts count!) that shows creativity and flair.

▶ Someone with brilliant storytelling skills, both visually and verbally.

▶ Someone who is proficient in mobile video editing apps (e.g. Cap Cut, VN, In Shot) and / or professional software (e.g. Premiere Pro).

▶ Someone who is comfortable and confident being in front of the camera as well as shooting and editing from behind it.

▶ Someone with impeccable attention to detail in scripting, filming, and post-production.

▶ Someone with an insatiable desire to learn, grow, and hone their craft in the ever-changing content space.

▶ Someone with extreme passions for sports(especially cricket). THIS IS NOT A MUST-HAVE!

▶ You're not driven (Doesn't have to be driven to the job, but it has to be something in life).

▶ You are not punctual (Delaying things shouldn't be your personality, especially deadlines for shoots).

▶ You can't learn from your mistakes (Make mistakes, but not the same ones).

▶ You don't have a growth mindset (This role will require you to experiment, learn and try different things at the same time).

▶ You are not keen on taking up different roles and trying different things as needed.

We are not looking for degrees or experience, but they should check the above criteria! Also, SHOULD NOT be currently studying.

Location - Bandra West, Mumbai (This is an onsite hybrid arrangement with a minimum of 3 days / week from the office.) There is a possibility of increasing the number of days of work from the office.
