Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Analyst to join our internal division responsible for offshore talent sourcing. This junior-level role requires a strong technical background in data analysis. This individual will be instrumental in supporting our data initiatives by ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for our analytics and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SQL, Python, and the Google Cloud Platform, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities :

Must be expert in SQL; prior use of Google Cloud Platform is key to this role.

Reporting API configuration and setup into Big Query tables.

Strong BI tools specifically with Tableau and Looker Studio.

GA4 admin / GTM expertise is required.

Automation of email suppression scripts and data transformation from MD5 format.

Inbound queries using VM cron jobs and python scripts to automate data updates in email service provider (ESP) Sailthru.

Expert with python, comfortable with java and shell scripting.

Strong communication skills.

Previous experience with clients.

Knowledge of analytics best practices and advanced analytics techniques in Python is required.

Data pipeline management experience.

Create and maintain requirements documents and standards. .

Requirements

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years’ experience in engineering, analytics or related field.

3+ years experience working with Python, Google stack including BigQuery, GA4 and GTM.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of digital analytics tagging best practices and building data visualizations.

SQL experience with combining data from multiple sources.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability :

Operating in a dynamic environment where the need to adjust to new and changing priorities is required.

Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Documentation & Communication :

Ability to document use cases, business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications and solution diagrams.

Solid written and verbal communication skills and leadership.

Ability to summarize and convey information to stakeholders and sponsors.

Collaboration & Knowledge :

Collaborating and communicating across business, technology and analytics teams.

Familiarity with customer data, personalization, and customer engagement metrics sourced from digital channels.

Curiosity to learn about new businesses and industries, and ability to quickly grasp and make effective use of industry- and company-specific terminology
