Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Project Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team for our real estate projects including travel to our site locations on weekends
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring team performance, achieving monthly revenue targets, conducting sales training, motivating the team, driving closures, and maintaining high-quality reporting and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Follow ups and closing sales.
Escalation calls.
Setting sales scripts and ensuring standards.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, guide, and supervise a team of sales executives / property consultants.
Ensure the team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor daily performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads.
Conduct regular one-on-one reviews and team meetings to assess progress.
Training & Development
Provide sales training, project knowledge sessions, and objection-handling training to the team.
Upskill the team on negotiation, client engagement, and closing techniques.
Identify performance gaps and create development plans.
Sales Operations & Closures
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Ensure site visits are conducted professionally and effectively.
Support team members in final negotiation and conversion of high-value clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to increase referral business.
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track lead flow, site visits, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Share performance dashboards with management for review.
Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates by the team.
Motivation & Team Engagement
Motivate the sales team to maintain high energy, productivity, and positive attitude.
Implement reward programs, recognition activities, and morale-boosting initiatives.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional behaviour within the team.
Project & Market Knowledge
Maintain strong understanding of the project, pricing, inventory, USPs, competitors, and market trends.
Stay updated on real estate regulatory guidelines (RERA) and industry practices.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, project features, and market requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent.
3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team handling role.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to handle pressure, motivate a team, and manage multiple clients.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, reporting, and data analysis.
