Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, along with implementing HR policies and programs. Key responsibilities include talent management, performance evaluations, employee training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Additionally, the role involves fostering a positive workplace culture and managing employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies, compliance management, and labor law regulations
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
• Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee training and engagement programs
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of HR software and tools is advantageous
• Relevant certifications in HR or labor relations are a plus
