Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in computer science , Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in blockchain or full-stack development. Knowledge of Solidity, Hardhat, Truffle , and EVM-based architecture . Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript , Node.js , and frameworks like React / Next.js. Understanding of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and basic cryptography concepts. Practical knowledge of DEX (Decentralized Exchange) v2 and v3 pools and liquidity management. Experience with Git , version control, and Agile workflows. Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFT minting, or blockchain explorer APIs. Experience in database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL). Awareness of Layer 2 technologies and cross-chain bridges. Interest in learning about AI x Blockchain integrations. Work directly with senior blockchain architects on live global projects. Training and mentorship to build professional grade blockchain expertise. Flexible work culture with opportunities to participate in R&D and product development . Key Responsibilities :
- Support the design and development of smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains such as Ethereum, Polygon, and BNB Chain.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of DApps, DeFi, and NFT modules .
- Work with front-end and backend teams to ensure smooth blockchain integration using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and security checks for blockchain solutions.
- Research and explore new blockchain frameworks , tools, and emerging technologies.
- Document development progress and support deployment in testnets and mainnets .
- Collaborate with internal project managers, UI / UX designers, and QA teams.
