Sailpoint IIQ Developer - iAM

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The role involves design, development, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and configure SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, and custom connectors.
• Implement and maintain identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, certification campaigns, and compliance controls.
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with various applications and systems (e.g., AD, LDAP, Databases, Cloud apps).
• Develop and optimize SailPoint IIQ FastPath, RBAC models, roles, and entitlements.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and apply patches for SailPoint IIQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM solution delivery.
• Maintain best practices, documentation, and provide support during Skills & Experience :
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE, BeanShell, XML, and REST / SOAP APIs.
• Experience in custom connector development, workflows, and rules in SailPoint IIQ.
• Good understanding of Identity & Access Governance, RBAC, SOD, compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with directory services (AD / LDAP), databases, and application servers.
• Experience in integrating with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management :
• SailPoint IIQ Certification
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Exposure to other IAM products (Okta, Ping, CyberArk, etc.)
