Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Working Hours : 7 PM 7 AM IST (Client time zone support)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Python and React.
- Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and database queries with a focus on high performance.
- Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native architectures on AWS.
- Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability in all aspects of application development.
- Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex client-reported issues within agreed SLAs.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Maintain clear communication and provide regular project updates to internal teams and clients.
- Uphold best practices in software engineering, including automated testing and performance tuning.
Technical Skills Required Skill Set (Mandatory) :
Python (Advanced) : Strong expertise in performance-focused development.AWS Stack Expertise : Hands-on with Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, AWS SAM.Database Skills : DynamoDB data modeling & performance tuning.APIs : Experience in building & consuming REST APIs.CI / CD & Containers : Familiarity with tools like Docker, pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.Strong communication & teamwork skills.Frontend Skill Set :
React.js (Proficiency) : Functional components, Hooks, Context API.JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS.State management with Redux / Context.Knowledge of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility.Debugging & performance optimization.Hands-on with UI libraries (PrimeReact, MUI, etc.).Familiarity with AWS Amplify for auth, API, and storage.Git & version control workflows.Client Interaction & Soft Skills :
