SAP Service Delivery Manager

Your Role

• Manage end‑to‑end service delivery, including issue/risk/dependency tracking and mitigation across SAP/ERP/Custom application landscapes.
• Lead multiple Scrum teams, ensuring successful delivery through strong communication, coordination, and leadership.
• Drive program planning, SOW creation, milestone tracking, budget/P&L management, and financial reporting.
• Execute high‑value business solutions and transformation programs across operations, automation, and systems integration.Implement process excellence, quality controls, and continuous improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and governance
  
  

Your Profile

• 12-14 years total experience with at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management (SAP, ERP, Oracle, or Custom Apps).
• Strong techno‑functional understanding across ERP or application technologies, with proven problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery; Scrum Master certification required, PMP preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational improvements.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow; strong communication and time‑management capabilities.
