Now, we’re looking for a strong SDE III who can lead the tech side, scale the product globally, and build a world-class team around it.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an SDE III (Tech Lead) who can take complete ownership of the technology layer — from architecture to deployment — and lead our engineering team through the next phase of product growth.

You’ll work directly with the founder and core leadership team to design scalable systems, optimise performance, and bring clarity to our tech roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the engineering team across mobile, backend, and integrations.

Take ownership of architecture, design, and scalability for post-MVP product growth.

Work closely with product, design, and operations to translate business needs into reliable tech systems.

Plan and execute technical roadmap for multi-city expansion.

Ensure best practices for performance, security, and maintainability.

Review code, drive documentation, and improve CI / CD pipelines.

Collaborate on hiring and growing the internal engineering culture.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of hands-on development experience.

Proven track record of leading teams or scaling products post-MVP.

Strong foundation in system architecture, scalability, and data structures.

Ability to translate non-technical product vision into actionable tech strategies.

Passion for problem-solving, mentorship, and clean code.

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
