Job descriptionFacilitating the smooth transition of new employees, ensuring a positive experience. Timely release of offers and completion of necessary documentation such as Candidate Declaration form, Appointment letter, and other required HR paperwork. Conducting comprehensive induction programs, including system introductions, IT access setup, and desktop arrangements. Allocating necessary assets and resources to employees. Providing a well-structured orientation schedule to ensure a seamless onboarding process. Implementing an efficient attendance and leave tracking system. Monitor Employees In and out time. Timesheet - Client, project, tasks creation and allocation to the respective employees, and report as needed. Assist in Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, including submission of pay registers and obtaining necessary approvals. Managing statutory requirements such as PT, PF & and ESI filings. Audit of payroll, timesheets, leaves and payroll compliance HR labor compliance filing - Maternity, POSH, Leave, Employee Records, and Contract Employee. Assisting in goal and Key Result Area (KRA) setting for each employee. Conducting quarterly performance reviews to evaluate progress and provide constructive feedback. Drive & own the end to end Annual appraisal review process. Identify the skills gap in collaboration with business head Find the training needs from one-on-one connect Coordinate for training arrangements Promoting regular one-on-one connections between employees and managers to foster open communication and address concerns (If needed) HR One-on-one Connect, employee pulse checking Organizing monthly town hall meetings to facilitate transparent communication and address company-wide updates (if needed) Recognizing employee achievements through rewards & Recognitions, celebrations of birthdays, work anniversaries, and special accomplishments. Planning and conducting engaging HR fun activities and events. Monitoring employee satisfaction through Employee Satisfaction (ESAT) surveys. Employee grievance handling (End to end) Employee Grievances Management Implementing and managing an efficient HRIS system to streamline HR processes and data management. Ensuring strict adherence and continuous improvement of all HR protocols. Facilitating necessary amendments to policies and processes to meet changing organizational needs. Maintain and manage employees’ personal files and details Managing social media pages on , Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to promote the organization's brand and culture from HR Perspective. Overseeing Glassdoor and Google reviews to maintain a positive online reputation. Sharing employee testimonials, onboarding experiences, and highlights of special events to enhance employer branding. Festival, Birthday, Work Anniversary Greetings (Mailers). Conducting exit interviews to gather valuable feedback from departing employees. Processing resignation acceptances and issuing relevant documents such as relieving orders and experience letters. Managing Full and final settlement and ensuring no dues are pending. Closing employee files in an organized manner. Validation of Statutory benefits and standard benefits Planning and implementation of new benefits We act as a one-stop solution all needed for all employees.
Experience Required : Minimum 3 year
CTC : ₹ 4.8 LPA
