Designation : Associate Consultant

Experience -4+Years

Base Location : Hyderabad / Pune

Work Environment : Regular

Key Skills - Requirement gathering & documentation (BRD, user stories), Insurance domain knowledge (Life, Health, P&C), Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies, Basic SQL (select / join), Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, Strong communication & stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

Requirement gathering and documentation (BRDs, gap docs, user stories, etc.)
Support for functional and UAT testing
Coordination with offshore / onshore teams
Conducting demos and collecting feedback
Managing issue logs and production queries
Participating in solution design and post-implementation activities
Strong communication and documentation skills

Core Competencies

Business process modeling and documentation

Insurance domain knowledge (Life, Health, P&C, Auto)

Understanding of distribution channels and commission models

Regulatory awareness (IRDAI, HIPAA)

Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Basic SQL (select / join queries)

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, JIRA, Confluence, Visio

Qualifications & Experience

Education : BE / B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech

Experience : 4+ years in relevant roles

Soft Skills : Team management, client relationship, multitasking, independent working
