Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.
- Provide guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.
- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.
- Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.
