HR Executive

Experience : 2–3 Years

Location : Gandhinagar

We are hiring a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support people initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, preferably from the hospitality or consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
• Support payroll, attendance, and leave management functions.
• Assist in performance management, training, and employee engagement programs.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify talent and development needs.
• Handle employee relations and grievance redressal professionally.
